CVD primarily works with attorneys, law firms, solo practitioners and litigation teams that need additional support organizing, reviewing or preparing legal materials.
Yes. CVD can provide support for a single case file, an upcoming deposition, trial preparation or another defined project, subject to scope and availability.
Yes. Monthly retainer arrangements may be available for recurring document support, reserved hours, multi-phase matters or temporary workload increases.

Pricing and Estimates

Understand the difference between hourly pricing, flat-fee packages, custom estimates and rush fees.

Basic document-support services are generally priced from $45 to $65 per hour. Premium or more complex services are generally priced from $65 to $85 per hour.

Flat-fee pricing is generally best when the work fits a clearly defined package. Hourly pricing is often more appropriate when the volume, condition or required work may change as the project progresses.
Published prices provide a starting point. Additional pages, revisions, sets, complexity or specialized work may require an updated estimate.
Bulk review is quoted individually based on factors such as page count, file condition, indexing requirements, labeling needs, requested deliverables and deadline.

CVD reviews the information, determines whether additional details are needed and follows up regarding availability, recommended scope, estimated pricing and next steps.

Documents and File Handling

Important information about transferring, organizing and receiving project-related materials.

No. Do not submit confidential, privileged or sensitive case documents through a general Contact or Quote form. Approved transfer instructions may be provided after the request is reviewed.
Yes. Depending on the project, CVD may assist with digital files, physical documents, printed binders, exhibit sets or a combination of formats.
File cleanup may include renaming files, improving folder structures, applying consistent naming conventions, organizing materials by date or category and identifying obvious duplicates when instructed.
Bates numbering applies unique, sequential identifiers to documents or pages so they can be consistently referenced, tracked and organized during litigation.

Timing and Deadlines

Understand how turnaround times, scheduling and rush requests are handled.

Completion time depends on the service, volume, file condition, complexity, deliverables and current availability. A proposed timeline is confirmed before work begins.
Rush support may be available for urgent projects, including requests required within 48 hours, on weekends or outside normal working hours.
A 30% rush surcharge may apply to work required within 48 hours, on weekends or outside normal working hours. Rush projects remain subject to availability and feasibility.
No. A requested deadline is not reserved until the project has been reviewed and accepted and the timing and scope have been confirmed.
